Our database comes from the inventory of 2 major distributors. If an item is back ordered it may not show up but will soon be in stock. Some items are not stocked but drop shipped the same day from the manufacturer/publisher some common examples are site licenses for software, heavy equipment, service agreements, re-furbished equipment etc.
We deal with dozens of other distributors/wholesalers who have in stock items major distributors do not carry.
We also have 1000's of sources to find discontinued items. So if you don't see what you wnt call or e-mail us. We are here to serve you.

Obstensibly we are opened from 9 AM ish (traffic getting to and around NYC is always unpridictable) till 6 PM but its not unusual to find us in the office at 11 PM so try many items can be shipped till 9PM and toners till 10PM.
